While she was with GFRP, she worked on two global scoping reviews of school food environment policies and assisted in other research tasks. During this time she also completed a Master of Public Health in Health Policy. She is now working as a policy associate at the Center for Science in the Public Interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>When I\u2019m in a time crunch, I love to make<\/em><\/strong><em>\u2026 avocado toast.
