Kayla Mardin was a graduate research assistant with the Global Food Research Program from 2022\u20132024. While she was with GFRP, she worked on two global scoping reviews of school food environment policies and assisted in other research tasks. During this time she also completed a Master of Public Health in Nutrition. She is now working as a communications officer for Vital Strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family\u2019s holiday favorite is\u2026<\/em><\/strong> my grandmother’s old-fashioned (secret) donut recipe \u2014 we make them together every year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food(s) I must have in my home is\/are\u2026<\/em><\/strong> bananas and peanut butter \u2014 the best combination!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
