Miles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Donna earned a PhD from the Institute for Behavioral Genetics, University of Colorado Boulder.\u00a0She first joined UNC-Chapel Hill as a survey coordinator for the Child Health Assessment and Monitoring Program through the North Carolina State Center for Health Statistics.\u00a0In 2011, she joined the Global Food Research Program team.\u00a0She provides data management and programming support for faculty and students.\u00a0Her interests include research exploring the role of environmental factors on development, including how nutrition and the food retail environment can influence health outcomes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Foods I must have in my home are<\/em>&#8230;<\/strong>&nbsp;red and green chile.&nbsp;Growing up in New Mexico these are a staple! We mail order Hatch Green Chile every August so we are fully stocked for the year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>My family\u2019s holiday favorite is<\/em>&#8230;<\/strong>&nbsp;cooking competitions!&nbsp;Thanksgiving Throwdown creating new recipes using leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner has become a fun family tradition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7851,"template":"","uncgfrp_team_type":[],"class_list":["post-2418","uncgfrp_team","type-uncgfrp_team","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Donna R.
